Shipping

Where possible, we will ship your order within 48 hours of receipt. We ship via the most economical method and charge customers only the exact amount of the shipping, with no hidden handling charges.

Most lighter items are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. All shipments valued over $50 are insured. Heavier items, saddles and liquids are shipped via UPS Ground Service or Federal Express Ground/Home Service.

Inasmuch as we offer such a variety of items, we do not calculate the shipping charges until your order is received and packed. It is impossible for us to determine the shipping costs in advance due to the variety of items we offer.

If we ship your order via UPS or Federal Express you will receive a separate email from UPS with your tracking information. We have an $8.00 minimum order. If you have placed an international order, we will send your order via airmail. However, that we are unable to estimate how much (if any) Customs Duty you will be charged upon delivery.

Please note: We are closed on Sunday and Monday. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will not be handled until Tuesday.
