RETURN POLICY:
All bits, special order, consignment and close
out sales are final and cannot be returned for any reason.
Prior to returning any item, please contact
us in order to receive a return authorization. We reserve the right to charge
a 20% re-stocking fee for items returned without authorization. To obtain an
authorization number, please telephone (813-681-1600) or email
us.
There is a 10% re-stocking fee on saddles returned
within five (5) days of your receipt. Returns after five days (and within 30
days) will be for exchange or store credit only. We ask that you place a sheet
under the saddle before placing it on your horse (make sure the fenders do not
come in contact with a sweaty horse in case you need to return the saddle).
If you are purchasing a Wintec or other English saddle, please wrap a thin towel
or pillowcase around the stirrup leathers so they do not mark the saddle. Saddles
cannot be returned if they show any signs of wear or use. All other returns after 10 days and within 30 days will be issued a store credit only. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted. We are happy to work with you to ensure that clothing, boots, etc., are the correct fit. If the items you receive do not fit, we will gladly exchange them for the correct size.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer
is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be in perfect condition.
All packaging, boxes, tags, labels, etc., must be attached to or returned with
the returned items. Damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted and will
be returned to customer.
Credit card refunds may only be made to the
same card used for the original purchase. To expedite your refund, please include
a copy of your invoice and credit card receipt with your return. NOTE: refund
processing may take up to 4-6 weeks.
