Wintec's Easy Change Gullet System allows you to alter the width of the head of the saddle to achieve the most comfortable fit for your horse's wither and shoulder. You can change the width of the saddle head by changing the size of the gullet in the head of the saddle tree. The head of the saddle can be opened without any unstitching to allow full access to the gullet. Combined with a simple screw in technique a gullet change is a simple exercise.
